Planning a girls' night or date night? Our workshops are BYOB for guests 21 and older with valid photo ID. Alcohol is not provided by Copper Canyon.

A few quick answers before the fun begins!

How long is an experience?

Most workshops last approximately 1½ to 2 hours, depending on your experience.

Can I bring drinks or snacks?

Yes! We're BYOB. Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ with valid photo ID. Small snacks, cheese, crackers and small charcuterie boards are welcome. No sandwiches, large food items or full meals in the public studio; larger food spreads require a separately reserved private room.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, when space and staff are available! No walk-in workshops within two hours of closing, so everyone has time to enjoy their chosen experience.

Can we take photos and videos?

Absolutely—photos and videos are encouraged! Show your creations and your Copper Canyon experience to the world! Please be considerate of other guests and ask permission before filming or photographing them.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studio, including private rooms. Please be mindful of other guests and follow our Scent Specialists' instructions.

We ship within the U.S. via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is included on all orders. While we do not offer free shipping, our shipping calculator is designed to provide the best rates. We also use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate when applicable to make shipping more economical. FedEx and UPS options are also available if you provide your account information prior to shipping.

We recommend shipping to an address where the package can be immediately retrieved to avoid damage from extreme temperatures.

Ensure your shipping address is correct. If an error is found after placing the order, notify us immediately. Once shipped, you will need to contact the carrier for assistance with delivery issues.

Local Pick-Up:
If you live within 30 miles of one of our locations, local pick-up can be arranged Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
