Group Booking Policy

Book Your Group Party Experience at Copper Canyon Soap Co.

(Parties of 15 or more individuals)

 

Thank you for choosing to host your group event with us! To ensure the best possible experience for all guests and to allow adequate time for preparation, we ask that you carefully review our Group Booking Policy.

Booking Requirements:
    •    Group bookings are defined as any party of 15 or more individuals.
    •    All group bookings must be scheduled and confirmed at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event date. This allows us time to allocate staff, plan logistics, and order necessary supplies tailored to your group’s needs.

Deposit Policy:
    •    A non-refundable deposit of $100 may be required at the discretion of management. This deposit covers the cost of ordering supplies and materials specifically for your event.
    •    Once paid, this deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in group size. Supplies are ordered in advance based on your booking and cannot be reused or repurposed.
Company/Private Events:
    •    All company-sponsored or private group events are considered custom experiences and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
    •    These events are tailored and planned in advance and are not considered part of our regular public offerings or hands-on experiences.

Cancellations and Changes:
    •    Cancellations of the scheduled event for any reason will result in a forfeiture of any deposit paid.
    •    No refunds or credits will be issued for any individual or group cancellations, regardless of reason, including emergencies or inclement weather.

Liability and Acknowledgment:
    •    By booking a group or private event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
    •    Our team is not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to cancellations or dissatisfaction with the event once the event has been confirmed and prepared.
    •    We reserve the right to deny a refund or legal claim based on your acceptance of these clearly stated policies.
    •    Submission of a group booking and/or payment of a deposit serves as your binding agreement to these terms
