Experience & Private Event Cancellation Policy

We look forward to creating great memories with you at Copper Canyon Fragrance Studio. Please review these policies before reserving an experience, group event, or private room.

Public Workshop Experiences

All experience bookings are non-refundable unless an exception is expressly approved by Copper Canyon corporate management or a refund is required by law. Please verify your chosen workshop, number of guests, and selected date and time before completing your reservation.

Private Room Reservations

Private room reservations are non-refundable once booked. The room and time are removed from our availability calendar when you reserve them, meaning we cannot offer that time to other customers and may not be able to rebook it. Private-room fees are not eligible for refunds or store credit, except where required by law.

Large Groups & Private Events

Group bookings of 15 or more guests, private parties and other private events are non-refundable, including applicable deposits and prepaid event charges. We reserve staff, purchase materials and supplies, and block the date and time for your group. These reservations are not eligible for store credit, except where required by law.

Booking Acknowledgment

By completing an experience or event reservation, you acknowledge that you have been presented with and agree to Copper Canyon Fragrance Studio's booking, cancellation, and studio policies, subject to applicable law.
