Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Copper Canyon Soap Company!
We take great pride in creating all of our products by hand. As a result, we require 3 to 5 business days to craft and prepare your order for shipment. Please allow this time for us to carefully handcraft your items and ensure they are of the highest quality.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be added to our production queue. Our team works diligently to handcraft each product with care and attention to detail, which may take between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
After your order is handcrafted and ready to ship, it will be sent via the selected shipping service. The following shipping options are available:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
- 2-Day Shipping: Your order will be shipped using 2-Day Air shipping once it has been crafted and is ready for dispatch.
- Overnight Shipping: Your order will be shipped using Overnight shipping after processing is complete.
Important Note about Expedited Shipping:
Please note that selecting 2-Day or Overnight shipping does not mean your order will ship immediately the day after your purchase. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received, so expedited shipping only applies once your order has been handcrafted and is ready for shipment. The time it takes for the product to be handcrafted is separate from the shipping time itself.
Once your order is in the appropriate queue, it will be shipped via the selected expedited service, and the delivery time will reflect the chosen shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment as it makes its way to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We offer competitive rates to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
