EXPERIENCE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
All experience bookings are non-refundable once the reservation is completed.

PRIVATE ROOM RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
By completing your booking, you are reserving a specific date and time that is held exclusively for you or your group. Because that time is removed from availability for other customers, we do not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or guests who choose not to participate.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled experience, please contact Copper Canyon as soon as possible. At our discretion, eligible reservations may be rescheduled or converted to store credit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include a rebooking fee.
Failure to arrive for your reservation, entering the business late, or leaving without contacting Copper Canyon does not qualify for a refund.
